Dance

DA Dance Company  offers creative movement, ballet, tap and jazz for K3 - 12th grade. 

Classes meet weekly from September to May.  

Additional rehearsals are held in April to prepare for the recital. 

Instructor: Laura Pyatt, DA Alumni c/o '96

Laura trained at Nashville Ballet and performed in many of their professional productions before continuing her studies at Butler University where she earned her degree in arts administration and performed with the Butler Ballet. She then began her professional career at The Georgia Ballet where she enjoyed performing roles in many ballets including, "The Nutcracker," "Giselle," "Balanchine's Serenade," and "Vettriano's Beach" choreographed by Broadway's Warren Carlisle. She also performed with Phyzix Urban Dance Theater and Showbox Productions in Atlanta. Laura has enjoyed sharing her love of dance through teaching for over 20 years.
